A proposal born in response to the need to remain active and connected in times of global isolation. We gather elements of our repertoire of workshops and adapt them to virtual modality in real time, which implies different challenges than face-to-face practice

In the process we search our gamer memory. We use our experience as trainers and gamers, combining skills inspired by RPG and FPS games. Using the logic of these video games, we structure levels where we fulfill tasks and challenges to train attention, resolution, multitasking and precision skills.

We work on body and spatial awareness, memory, fine motor skills, creativity and resolution skills, all of this expanding and exploring the possibilities of concepts such as programming, layering, physics, environment and variation of difficulties.

Thanks to the experience in RED Movement Network (project of which we are co-founders), we have been able to explore the possibilities and limitations of the online teaching format, the challenges of connectivity with a virtual community, and this has helped us to refine the content of Player 1, making it a highly satisfying and challenging workshop.

Whether training your mobility or your imagination, each level is designed to be a stimulating challenge for the mind and body.

OBJECTIVES

-Develop physical and mental skills typical of body training, making the most of reduced spaces and using the tools that are available in the immediate environment.

-Give a perspective of creation of motion tools from the logic of the creation, programming, development and playing of video games.

-Stimulate the imagination and creativity of the participants with games that use both the playful / dream world and the practical / physical world.
