Mindcross
The objective of this practice is to enrich the vocabulary of movement using the power of the group, opening the senses and stimulating the imagination.
We find a lot of inspiration in children's games, which we believe have the magic necessary to open new channels of learning. Games help develop social skills through interaction, negotiation and resolution of phenomena.
A playful mind is in a constant creative state. The polychromatic imagination is deeply related to the playful mind, they nurture each other: with more play, more creativity, and with increasing creativity, new ways of playing are found. We understand this process as adding colors to our imagination palette.
We propose the use of the senses to search for authentic movement, which is one that is born in an environment without judgment, where instinct prevails over stereotyped movement.
During the workshop concepts will emerge that we consider key to achieving the objectives. For example, the second brain, which we understand as a system that rests in our bellies and acts as a sponge that absorbs all the information we experience.
Also the breathing organism, which contributes to the growth and development of movement through exploring the possibilities of breathing with the use of different dynamics and rhythms.
Imagine being able to:
look with your knees
savor with the palms of the hands
smell with your toes
listen with your back
palpate with the look
OBJECTIVES
-Develop the playful mind and polychromatic imagination through the discovery of our inner creature.
-Activate the second brain as an essential motor to stimulate instinctual movement.
-Use games as a trigger to create movement and body communication strategies.
